Postural Stability classes are a fantastic way to build on your strength, balance, coordination and stability. Using a variety of exercises, each designed to work on different elements of your fitness, you will go through a progressive session which will leave you feeling more confident to tackle the day-to-day activities that have previously been an issue.
Research has shown that as we age, daily tasks become more difficult due to a loss in functional ability, which is why these classes are perfectly designed to combat this functional decline, and leave you feeling more able and confident to perform tasks that will allow you to live independently. The fully qualified instructors will lead you through exercises which can be tailored to your individual ability, ensuring that the exercise levels are right for you.
There will also be a chance to try out a number of activities such as Badminton, Boccia, New Age Kurling and much more!
