Chair Based Exercise is a fantastic alternative to other exercises for those with limited mobility or who want to exercise at an easier pace. You’ll still get a full body workout, but it will allow you to reduce the impact on your joints and strain on your back from standing for long periods.

You’ll use a variety of equipment from balls to bands to help your strengthen, mobilise and energise your whole body, leaving you feeling fantastic.
