Our multi activity sessions offer a range of exercises and activities that cater for a wide range of ages and abilities. Sessions start with warm ups followed by exercise circuits and then a tea and coffee with friends. The second part of these sessions are full of activities such as recreational table tennis, badminton, health walks, short tennis, new age bowls and indoor curling to name a few!

A great way to try a variety of exercises paced at an appropriate level.
